chickpeas: girlatlas: Sometimes we can have nice things.  RT’s favorite Baltimore cat sculptures had little santa hats on them when we passed by yesterday. And to make it even better, the owner guy was just getting ready to climb up a large latter and remove them. Just in the nick of time! during halloween, they have witch hats!
